Welcome to Not To Do List, an Android application developed and maintained by Zrald Web Development Services, based in Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles information when you use it. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In short: we collect nothing.

By installing and using Not To Do List, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2 Information We Collect

All data you create inside the app (your Not-To-Do items and reminder times) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local in-memory state. This data never leaves your phone and is cleared when the app is closed.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any form of behavioral or tracking data

3 App Permissions

Not To Do List requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver its core reminder feature:

The app does not request permissions for: internet access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive resource.

4 Local Notifications & Reminders

When you set a reminder in the app, Android's AlarmManager schedules a local notification entirely on your device. No reminder data, item text, or any other information is sent to external servers or third-party services.

Notifications are delivered by your device's operating system and are not routed through any external push-notification infrastructure (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging).

5 Third-Party Services & SDKs

The app is built entirely with Google's open-source Jetpack Compose framework and Android standard libraries. No external services receive any data from your device while using this app.

6 Children's Privacy

Not To Do List does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, or any age. Since the app collects no data from any user at all, it is safe for users of all ages.

7 Data Security

Because Not To Do List stores all information locally on your device and transmits nothing, there is no risk of your data being intercepted in transit or accessed via a server breach.

Your device's own security features (PIN, biometric lock, encryption) protect the data that exists within the app. We recommend keeping your device's OS and security patches up to date.

8 Your Rights & Data Deletion

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

• You can delete all your Not-To-Do items directly inside the app at any time.
• Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device permanently.
• No residual data remains on any server after uninstallation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
